It has been three days I arrived in Malaysia. Initially I don't feel the effect of jetlag because I was too tired. So I could sleep easily and woke up at 6.30 a.m at the first night. But yesterday, after 3.30 I couldn't sleep anymore and today I woke up at 2.20 a.m. It is normal says my family members. Sometimes it takes about one week. Writing about this reminds me about the first time I arived in London. I slept quite early on those days. He he, the same thing happens again. For me, it is a mixture of nice and odd feeling. I just slept for about 3 hours and then couldnt sleep anymore. Normally in London I sleep longer than that, ha ha.
Maybe I should look at this situation as an opportunity for me to Qiamulail, it has been very long time for me didn't Qiam. I remember my ustazah said, one of the hikmah Qiam is we can gain strength, spiritual strength by doing Qiam. Other than that, im sure most of us know about it such as there is a time in a night that Allah will surely will 'makbulkan' our dua' and is a part of sunnah Rasulullah (pbuh).
Alright folks, for those who are not going back to Malaysia yet, be prepared! You might experience jet lag as well. Use the time wisely and try to do things that make we become closer to Allah.
