The changing world

The world always change. It never stays static. We have learnt from the history of human civilisation that human had change from living in the cave or on tree to in the houses built from wood or stone and nowadays human lives in skyscrapers.

The age we are living right now is electronic age. We can see the world is changing faster at this age. Within 22 years living in this world, I saw many new technology introduced. When I was 4, I used to watch Pink Panther using video cassette. Then about 11 or earlier than that, video cassette became obsolete and replaced by CD's and then DVD's. At 18, MP3 player and Digicam became hot stuff. The latest, IPod leads MP3 player market.

With advancement in communication and transportation system, the world has become 'smaller'. We can travel around the world easier and you don't feel home sick so much because you can call your home whenever you want.

Despite of many positive changes happen in our life, there are many negative changes happen in our life as well. Animal, plant, culture and language extinction threat is quite serious in certain places. Global warming become more significant due to the ice in poles melted. Rising rate of crime, suicide, child abortion, abuse and many more. The teenage does not respect the elderly and free mixing.Opression by the people in power, war in the middle east, human right abuse and media bias. Cost of living rises due to many factor especially due to the oil price rises.

These problems is not good for health! It makes our life feel miserable. But we can't just complain. We must change. To see the world changes to a better world, we must change ourselves in the first place. I believe the best way to change is by following the Islamic principle because Islam is not just a belief system, it is a way of life. It is suitable in anywhere any anytime . So, let us change ourselves!!
