1. The Mayor choose to live in exclusive area and luxurious home.
2. The citizen's house was abandoned, The Mayor don't care.
3. Gambling and liquor industry has been legalised in order to increase city's income .

4. Finally, the Mayor became corrupt. Raising tax without considering, his citizen's feeling and maximizing his own pleasure.
Hmmm. I'm quite impressed with SC4. The result is very close to what is going on in this real world. Do you need a mayor like this? If no, please do something and make a change!!!

Hahaha. I'm pretty impressed too. But regarding your point number 3, i think gambling and liquor industry will become more widespread even sooner, given the current situation, don't you think?
